Moishe Mana Expands Wynwood Portfolio With Pastis Building Acquisition

Moishe Mana has expanded his Wynwood real estate portfolio with the acquisition of the building home to Pastis Miami, continuing his long-term investment in one of Miami’s leading neighborhoods for arts, culture, hospitality, and business. The property, located at 380 NW 26th Street, was purchased for $24.5 million from New York-based real estate firm TriCap.

The approximately 13,000-square-foot building is fully leased and anchored by the acclaimed French brasserie Pastis, which opened in Wynwood in 2023. The property also includes luxury lighting retailer Apparatus, which is expected to open a showroom later this year.

The acquisition marks another strategic addition to Mana’s extensive Wynwood holdings, where he has spent years investing in the neighborhood’s transformation into a globally recognized destination for creativity, entrepreneurship, and culture. Through projects including Mana Wynwood, large-scale events, exhibitions, and commercial developments, Mana has helped shape the district into a hub that attracts businesses, visitors, artists, and innovators from around the world.

Pastis has become one of Wynwood’s best-known restaurants since opening, making the property a valuable addition to Mana’s portfolio. The purchase also follows Mana’s acquisition of the One Downtown office tower earlier this year, reflecting his continued investment in both Wynwood and Downtown Miami.

As Mana continues expanding his real estate holdings, the Pastis building acquisition reinforces his long-term commitment to creating vibrant neighborhoods where businesses, hospitality, the arts, and the community can grow together.
