Moishe Mana Allapattah Acquisition

Moishe Mana has expanded his Miami real estate portfolio with the acquisition of a 2.5-acre assemblage in the Allapattah neighborhood for approximately $21.8 million. The property, centered at 2055 NW 7th Avenue near Interstate 95 and Wynwood, consists of 17 parcels and represents another long-term investment in one of Miami’s fastest-growing districts.

According to reports, the site will initially be used for parking while future plans are evaluated. Mana noted that his primary focus remains the continued revitalization of Downtown Miami over the coming years, while maintaining strategic land holdings throughout the city.

The acquisition further strengthens Mana’s presence across Miami, where he has assembled major real estate portfolios in neighborhoods including Downtown Miami, Wynwood, and Allapattah. Through Mana Common, his investments continue to support the long-term growth of Miami’s urban core by preserving historic properties, activating commercial spaces, and creating destinations for business, culture, innovation, and community.

The latest purchase follows several significant acquisitions made by Mana this year, including additional Flagler Street properties, the landmark One Downtown office tower, and the building home to Pastis Miami in Wynwood. Together, these investments reflect a long-term commitment to shaping Miami’s future through strategic real estate development and neighborhood revitalization.
